After multiple different failed calls with foreigners with accents, and trying their dead end solutions: Finally called and found somebody who understood what we meant. Had to walk them through adding International Versand to a listing, schritt-für-schritt, so they could see exactly what we see. After that, they said,
"lol I dunno what that is, hold on."
So we waited on the phone for 20+ minutes while the Mitarbeiters worked hard trying to find the answer. Finally they said that the "Käufer zahlt" field is overridden by the Kostentabelle.
Why does it exist then??? xD It should be automatically greyed out, in that case.
